Paisley was born with a birth defect that makes one eye smaller than the other called microphthalmia. Her eye functions normally and has been seen by a vet for it. About the "teacup" Chihuahua. The Chihuahua Club of America standard states that the Chihuahua should be 6 pounds or less. While on occasion we get a tiny puppy there is no such classification for a teacup Chihuahua.
